This week in our ECA we made deliciously healthy pizzas! For the pizza base we used a small pitta bread, then we covered it in tomato puree. Next we added our vegetable toppings, which included; sweetcorn, peppers (red, green and yellow), cherry tomatoes, and sweet basil that we had grown in our school garden. Finally we covered our pizzas with mozzarella cheese. Take a look at us hard at work....
