This week in our ECA we made and tasted some delicious pancakes to celebrate Pancake Day. We helped Ms. Hays to mix the simple ingredients together and then watched her cook the pancake mixture in a hot frying pan. Once the pancakes were cooked we chose different toppings to put onto our pancakes and tasted our wonderful creations! Yum!
