This week in Cooking ECA the boys and girls had a go at making pastry for the first time, with excellent results! We made jam tarts. We could choose a variety of jams to have in our little pastry dishes....strawberry, cherry, blueberry, orange and raspberry! Take a look at our wonderful creations below...
