Peppermint Creams

This week we made peppermint creams. First we mixed icing sugar, water, peppermint and food colouring, then we made shapes.

Orange Juice

This week in cooking club we made some orange juice.

First we squeezed the oranges over a juicer.

The we added some lemon and lime juice too.

 Then we added straws and cocktail umbrellas and tasted it, yum yum.

Wig-wam making!

Taking inspiration from the South American Indians 

the children created woven wig-wams.

Art Club

Last week Art Club had fun going large with their paintings!

Jam tarts!

This week in Cooking ECA the boys and girls had a go at making pastry for the first time, with excellent results! We made jam tarts. We could choose a variety of jams to have in our little pastry dishes....strawberry, cherry, blueberry, orange and raspberry! Take a look at our wonderful creations below...
