Making Bruschetta in Cooking and Planting Club

In cooking and planting club this week we made bruschetta using tomatoes, basil, garlic, a bit of olive oil and bread. 

First we had to cut the bread and toast it. While it was toasting, we made the tomato mix by cutting up the tomato, basil and garlic and mixing it together with a dash of olive oil.

Then we made our way to the dining hall to get the bread out of the oven We walked into the hall very sensibly.


 Then we sat patiently while Miss Hays collected the toast and showed us how to make the bruschetta.


And then we enjoyed!
