Before the February half term holiday, our Cooking and Planting ECA went to visit the local farm shop. Whilst there we got to see how salad and other small vegetables are grown in large quantities. Next we got to see how mushrooms are grown. The mushrooms were growing in a small, warm shed and it was pretty stinky inside! Take a look at some of the photographs from our recent visit...
